Sea breeze consists of 10
studios/apartments and has a beautiful tropical garden with a
small
pool, BBQ facilities and gazebo with hammocks, where you can enjoy the
quiet and relax in a tropical environment.
Our location to other apartment complexes on the island is unique,
because we are situated in a quiet area 100 yards walking distance from
"Mangel Halto", a small sandy beach and the location for snorkeling and
scuba diving on Aruba. For diving and snorkeling Sea Breeze guests can
be supplied by free snorkeling equipment, since it is very hard to rent
it on the island.
Large hotels and beaches are ± 20 minutes driving, Oranjestad 10 minutes
and Baby Beach 15 minutes.
The garden and terrace at the swimming pool is a very
nice place to R&R. The barbeque is available for everyone and is free to
use. The surroundings are magnificent. There is a small supermarket
right next-door to the Laguna Beach Apartments. Also a small Arubian bar
and local cuisine take away service. A bus stop within walking distance.

Our one bedroom apartments or family
apartments are located at our beautiful tropical garden and have their
own private patio with chairs, beds, hammock, parasol and can
comfortably accommodate up to four persons or a family with children.
The size of the room is 50 sq. meters (538 sq. feet). The one bedroom
apartments have a separate bedroom with two twin size beds, and two twin
beds in the living room. They are very privately situated. They are
fully equipped as a studio.

Large garden studios around the beautiful
tropical garden with pool, BBQ and hammocks. The size of the room is 30
sq. meters (320 sq. feet), have their own terrace and can accommodate up
to three persons. Studios are fully
equipped with split unit air conditioning, cable TV, radio, DVD, small
safe, hair dryer, iron, and a high speed wireless internet connection,
which is free of charge. There is an equipped kitchenette with stove,
microwave, blender, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. A studio
apartment can be used by 2 persons.

We require a USD $200 deposit on your period of
stay.
For reservations three (3) nights or less the
deposit equals the amount for the nights booked.

Cancellation Policy
If your reservation is cancelled
30 days or more before scheduled arrival date, your deposit, minus
$30,- for administration charges, will be refunded.
Cancellations between 30 days and
arrival date will lead to forfeiture of complete deposit.
