We are located directly at a real Laguna
with mangrove trees. You will imagine yourself here on an uninhabited
island, floating on your air bed. The Laguna is an excellent spot to snorkel
and dive. The airport is 5 minutes away and 10 minutes to downtown
Oranjestad.

Description |

The Spanish style build Laguna Beach Apartments have been
redesigned into 2 large apartments and 3 studios, a tropical garden with
swimming pool, outside shower and barbeque. All apartments and studios
have ADSL internet connection. All apartments and studios
have been tastefully decorated in several styles. You will feel yourself
immediately at home at the Laguna Beach Apartments. |

The garden and terrace at the swimming pool is a very
nice place to R&R. The barbeque is available for everyone and is free to
use. The surroundings are magnificent. There is a small supermarket
right next-door to the Laguna Beach Apartments. Also a small Arubian bar
and local cuisine take away service. A bus stop within walking distance.

Service |
|
You can order groceries in advance so you’ll have
supplies when you arrive. You can order a children’s bed or extra bed
with your reservation. All apartments and studios are non-smoking areas.
Each apartment and studio has its own small safe. Clean towels will be
provided to you daily, except Sundays and holidays. Clean sheets once a
week. Housekeeping four times a week. Check in time is 15.00 hrs, check
out 11.00 hrs. |

Payment |
|
After reservation you are required to pay a third of the
amount due. We accept cash and credit cards. A bail of $150 per studio
and $200 per apartment has to be paid upon arrival, to be paid back when
you check out leaving your apartment or studio in the same condition as
you found it. |
|
Cancellation Policy |
Cancellations 60 Days before arrival will be charged
$150,- per apartment/ studio.
Between 60 days and 15 days before arrival will be charged $ 300 per
apartment/ studio
Less than 15 days before arrival 50% of the total rental costs will be
charged. |
